It's an approach that looks at how well your muscles are working, not just where it hurts. When some muscles stop doing their job, your body compensates. Over time that can lead to pain, stiffness and wear.

Do you treat pain?

No. We don't treat pain. We look at the things that lead up to pain — muscles that aren't firing and the way your body works around them — and work on those.

Many people come to us because they'd like to understand how their muscles are working first. We can't give medical advice, so please keep your doctor in the loop about any medical decisions.
